Refund & Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

At RehaBoost, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. We carefully select support, recovery and general-wellness products from third-party suppliers and work to ensure that each order matches the product information shown on our store.

This Refund & Return Policy explains how cancellations, returns, faulty products and refunds are handled.

RehaBoost is operated by KEHIOSH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

1. Change-of-Mind Cancellations

If you purchase goods online from RehaBoost as a UK consumer, you normally have the right to change your mind and cancel an eligible order without giving a reason.

You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order.

To exercise this right, contact us at: info@rehaboost.com

A clear statement that you wish to cancel your order is sufficient. You do not need to provide a reason for a statutory cancellation.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins after you receive the final item covered by that order.

2. Returning an Item After Cancellation

After notifying us of an eligible cancellation, any physical return that is required must normally be sent within a further 14 days.

Please contact RehaBoost before sending an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and designated return destination for your order.

RehaBoost operates through a distributed fulfilment network, so there is no single universal return warehouse for every product.

Please do not send products to our registered office, supplier, manufacturer or any address found on a package unless our support team has specifically instructed you to do so.

Sending an item to an unauthorised address may delay the processing of your return.

3. Change-of-Mind Return Costs

For an eligible return made simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong option or no longer want the product, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where a physical return is required.

RehaBoost does not charge a separate restocking fee for statutory change-of-mind cancellations.

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.

If the product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or we sent the wrong item, different rules apply as explained below.

4. Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns

You may inspect a product to establish its nature, characteristics, fit and basic functioning in a similar way to how you could reasonably inspect it in a physical shop.

For wearable support products, a reasonable brief fit check is acceptable.

However, extended use, exercise, training, excessive wear, washing, soiling, damage, modification, removal of components, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may reduce its value.

Where permitted by law, RehaBoost may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of returned goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Original packaging should be retained and returned where reasonably possible, but the absence of ordinary external packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

5. Wrong Size or Fit

If the correct product and size were supplied according to the option you selected, but the item does not fit as expected or you later decide that another size would be preferable, this will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return.

Please contact us within the applicable cancellation period.

If RehaBoost or our fulfilment partner sends a size or variant different from the one you ordered, this is treated as an incorrect item, not as a change-of-mind return.

If a product materially fails to correspond with an advertised size chart or specification supplied with the product, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, size or variant, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@rehaboost.com

Please include your order number and a clear description of the problem.

Where reasonably necessary to assess the issue, we may ask for photographs or a short video showing the product, packaging, label, size, defect or other relevant details.

This evidence helps us investigate the problem with our fulfilment and quality-control partners and normally allows us to resolve the matter faster.

If an item presents an immediate safety concern, please stop using it.

Do not dispose of a defective or incorrect item or its packaging before contacting us unless keeping it would create a safety risk.

7. Products That Are Not as Described

A product is expected to materially correspond with the description, important specifications and variant selected at the time of purchase.

Examples of a potential product mismatch may include receiving a different model, missing an important advertised structural component, receiving the wrong size or variant, or receiving a product whose material specifications materially differ from those stated in the listing.

Minor differences in packaging, non-functional presentation details, manufacturing batches or colour appearance caused by lighting and screen settings do not automatically mean that a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Each case is assessed according to the nature and significance of the difference.

8. Faulty Goods and UK Consumer Rights

UK consumers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not as described or do not perform the function for which they were sold.

These rights are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

Where applicable, UK law may provide a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, as well as rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject in other circumstances.

Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce those statutory rights.

Where a physical return of a faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed product is required, RehaBoost will provide appropriate instructions and will not require the customer to bear a return cost that legally falls on us.

9. Refund Amount for Change-of-Mind Cancellations

For an eligible statutory change-of-mind cancellation, the refund will normally include:

the price paid for the eligible returned goods, together with the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by RehaBoost where an outbound delivery charge was paid.

If you selected a premium, express or otherwise more expensive delivery service, the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option does not normally have to be refunded.

The direct cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us is normally the customer's responsibility where this was disclosed before purchase.

10. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed with you where legally permitted.

Where goods are physically returned following cancellation, eligible refunds will be processed without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If an order is cancelled before the goods are supplied and no physical return is involved, applicable refunds will be processed within the legally required time period.

After RehaBoost issues a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account. This additional processing time is controlled by the payment provider and is outside RehaBoost's direct control.

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before fulfilment.

Because orders may be transmitted quickly to our fulfilment partners, we cannot guarantee that an order can always be intercepted before dispatch.

If an order has already entered fulfilment or been dispatched, your applicable cancellation and return rights remain available in accordance with this policy and consumer law.

12. Exchanges

For ordinary change-of-mind requests, including a preference for another size or variant, RehaBoost may handle the matter as a return followed by a new purchase rather than a direct exchange.

Please contact us before placing a replacement order if you need assistance choosing another size or variant.

Where goods are faulty or incorrect, statutory repair or replacement rights may apply separately.

13. Items Excluded From Change-of-Mind Returns

Certain categories of goods may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where UK law provides a specific exception.

This may include goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised products.

It may also include goods supplied with a genuine health-protection or hygiene seal that are legally unsuitable for return once that seal has been broken.

A hygiene exception will only be applied where the relevant legal requirements are actually met. RehaBoost does not treat every support or recovery product as automatically non-returnable simply because it comes into contact with the body.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

14. Normal Wear, Misuse and Accidental Damage

A product is not necessarily defective merely because it shows normal wear after use.

Claims may not qualify as product defects where damage results from misuse, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorised modification, incorrect washing or care, accidental damage, excessive force, or use outside the product's reasonably intended purpose.

This does not affect your rights where the product itself was faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed.

15. Sale and Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale or promotional period receive the same statutory consumer protections as products purchased at their regular price.

A genuine discount does not remove your rights in relation to faulty goods or an eligible online cancellation.

16. Proof of Purchase

We may request reasonable proof that the product was purchased from RehaBoost.

Your RehaBoost order number, order confirmation email or other appropriate purchase evidence will normally be sufficient.

17. International Customers

RehaBoost serves customers in multiple countries.

The specific statutory rights described in this policy regarding UK consumers reflect UK consumer law.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide rights that cannot legally be excluded or reduced by this policy, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

International customers should contact us before attempting to return an item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions for their order and destination.

18. Return Instructions and Addresses

Because RehaBoost uses multiple fulfilment locations, return destinations may vary depending on the product, order and reason for return.

Do not return an item to the address printed on the parcel unless RehaBoost has confirmed that address for your return.

Do not send returns to the KEHIOSH LTD registered office unless specifically instructed by RehaBoost.

After you contact us, we will provide the appropriate instructions for your case where a physical return is required.

This helps prevent parcels from being lost or sent to facilities that are not authorised to process customer returns.

19. Contact RehaBoost

For cancellations, return questions, damaged products, incorrect items or refund enquiries, contact: RehaBoost Customer Support Email: info@rehaboost.com

Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase.

We aim to review customer enquiries promptly and provide clear next steps based on the circumstances of each order.

20. Your Statutory Rights

This policy is intended to explain RehaBoost's return and refund process clearly.

It does not exclude, restrict or replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where this policy and mandatory consumer law differ, the mandatory legal rights available to the customer will prevail.
